Return Policy – 360SmartAI

Thank you for purchasing our product(s). If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with our listed product(s) that you purchased from us, you may return it/them for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it/them unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. You must first advise the Vendor associated with your order in your account to obtain a return authorization (“RA’’) number before returning a Product. The “RA’’ number is valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Product(s) should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an “RA’’ number. Each Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and the “RA’’ number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Product which does not comply with the aforementioned conditions.

Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product(s) may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. A 20% restocking fees may apply if you return a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.

Please note that reimbursement will be made within seven (7) days of receiving the Product(s) (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the shipping cost of returning the Product(s). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is the result of a shipping error on our part. A cleaning fee (USD 50 or local currency equivalent) may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and which has not been properly cleaned.
